Community Associate
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Identify issues in invoice processing and flag with appropriate parties responsible for resolution. Develop relationships with vendors as a key point of contact for vendor to resolve issues and inquiries. Perform difficult and responsible clerical operations. Represent NYCHA in a professional and collaborative manner when engaging with property managers and vendors. Assist in planning and research on matters relating to prevailing wage rates charged by NYCHA vendors in connection with the Davis Bacon and Related Acts. Process, track and report all approved TPA and RAB expenditures, including but not limited to stipend, travel, goods, consultant services and vendor invoices for payment. NOTES: NYCHA employees applying for promotional, title or level change opportunities must have served a period of one year at current location and in current title and level (if applicable).
