Established (20+) Years Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Civil Litigation in Southborough, MA
An established firm based in Southborough with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with civil litigation , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in complex litigation matters.

- Salary range: $130,000-$160,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
- Solid foundation in depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
- Background in at least one of: employment law, construction litigation, torts, business litigation, or personal injury litigation.
- Interest in business development supported through structured training and opportunities to independently grow a thriving practice.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
- Collaborate with the team to develop case strategies and deliver successful outcomes.
- Engage in client communication and provide practical, business-driven solutions.
- Participate in business development initiatives supported by the firm.
