Training Specialist

Adecco is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team at the HQ in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you'll play a critical part in helping the training team complete a high-priority special project. You will be responsible for developing engaging training materials, providing expert SharePoint support, and assisting with learning management system (LMS) administration in a professional corporate environment.

Location: Onsite in St. Louis, MO (M-TH) | Remote (Friday)

Pay Rate: $39.57 / hour

Shift: M-F | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and effective resources, including professional presentations, manuals, and instructional guides to support organizational initiatives.

SharePoint Support: Provide advanced assistance in utilizing SharePoint for document management, team collaboration, and internal knowledge sharing.

LMS Administration: Assist in the management of the Learning Management System, including content uploads, course creation, and data organization.

Project Support: Apply project management principles to ensure all training deliverables for the special project are completed on time and to standard.

Collaboration: Work closely with the training team to translate complex information into easy-to-understand learning modules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint (SharePoint experience is very important).

Proven track record in developing training materials and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Candidates with Project Management and Web Design experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Familiarity with Poka or similar connected-worker platforms is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of training methodologies.

Pay Details: $39.57 per hour
