Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Dispositions Agent to join our team and help us sell our clients' properties. Responsibilities
Manage the sales process for assigned properties, including property valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closing
Work with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide guidance on pricing and marketing strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers and real estate agents
Coordinate property showings and open houses
Prepare and present offers and counteroffers
Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
