This individual will be responsible not only for the day-to-day operational excellence across corporate actions and income processing, but also for designing and implementing best-in-class processes, controls, and technology solutions. This role is in the office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is a proven operator and change leader who combines deep subject-matter expertise in corporate actions (and/or broader equity operations) with strong systems knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the presence to engage confidently with senior portfolio managers and firm leadership. Key Responsibilities

Build upon a well-established asset servicing platform by driving modernization, automation, and continuous process improvement across global operations. Oversee all aspects of corporate actions and income processing, ensuring flawless execution, risk mitigation, and adherence to tight deadlines in a high-stakes trading environment. Partner with technology and operations engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, deploy new tools, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. Deliver measurable results through smarter workflows and insourcing strategies, achieving multi-million-dollar cost savings while managing rising trade volumes. Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual touchpoints, and enhance data quality and control frameworks. Serve as a trusted advisor to firm leadership and portfolio managers on corporate actions, proxy voting strategy, and operational risk. Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience in Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, or Equity Operations at a leading buy-side firm. Proven ability to

lead

large-scale change programs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and risk management. Deep understanding of global equity markets, proxy voting, and income processing. Strong background in technology-enabled process re-engineering, automation tools, and workflow systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to command a room and communicate with portfolio managers, traders, and senior executives. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus Seniority level
