AP Payment Specialist

This role will primarily focus on processing accounts payable invoices within the accounting system, assist customers in resolving system matching errors, manage invoices, analyze vendor statements and more. Job Duties
Perform accounts payable processing.
Code invoices to general ledger account.
Match invoices to purchase orders.
Input invoices into system.
Reconcile AP control accounts to detail aging.
Pay sales tax on invoices and keep records of payments.
Monitor company credit card charges and expenses.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in AP preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
