What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, such as towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues
Ensure members’ immediate safety by accurately documenting their distress and needs
Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls while providing excellent customer service
Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite dispatching
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of Emergency Roadside Service
What is Required (Qualifications)
Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to empathize and assist those in distress
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced computer skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
Familiarity with maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
