Utilize technology to manage accounts and ensure first call resolution
Attend training sessions and stay updated on program knowledge and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with data entry using a computer
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work regular shifts and maintain punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center environment
