What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional manner

Identify customer needs and resolve issues effectively

Maintain accurate documentation of customer claims in the system

Utilize technology for account management tasks and customer inquiries

Attend training sessions and stay updated on program changes and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Experience with data entry and computer systems

Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain punctuality

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

One (1) year of experience in customer service or technical support in a contact center environment
