Maintain accurate documentation and process customer claims in the appropriate systems
Utilize technology and knowledge base to answer customer questions accuratelyAttend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
