What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively
Utilize systems and technology to manage customer accounts and document claims
Follow required scripts, policies, and procedures while ensuring confidentiality
Attend training sessions to stay updated on program changes and requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with data entry using a computer
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training periods
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
