Responsibilities
Tour
and present the community attractively, assisting prospective residents in finding their perfect apartment home.
Manage
the leasing and renewal process from initiation to completion.
Monitor
competitor activities and local market trends to keep our property competitive.
Inspect
vacant apartment homes to guarantee they are ready for new residents.
Plan and coordinate
enjoyable resident events throughout the year.
Build
strong relationships with residents by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
Previous leasing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent presentation skills are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in the hotel or hospitality sectors, such as concierge or guest services roles, is a plus.

Location: Strata Luxury Apartment Homes, 311‑unit mid‑rise community, Dallas, TX
Pay Range: $16.31–$19.50
This pay range is approximate and actual pay may vary based on job experience, education, and certifications. Note that this pay range does not include additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses.
