Position: PIP Claims Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities
Handle to conclusion moderately complex PIP and medical pay claims (up to $30,000 reserve). Escalate when needed.
Investigate, evaluate, and settle medical expense and PIP claims.
Make coverage determinations, inform customers, and present to the coverage committee.
Assist with FNOL calls, claims advisory support, and casualty support as required.
Investigate exposures to uninsured/underinsured motorist, subrogation, and dram shop.
Qualifications
1–2 years of claims experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
Must obtain and/or maintain relevant adjuster licenses within 90 days of employment.
Preferred: experience with PIP and first‑party medical coverage.
Preferred: knowledge of collision, loss‑of‑use, third‑party property damage, and bodily injury exposures.
Remote‑work ability and flexibility to work operating hours 5:30 a.m.–7 p.m., including evenings and weekends.
Strong interpersonal, computer navigation, and multitasking skills.
Optional: bilingual proficiency.
Compensation Base pay range: $57,285 / yr – $63,650 / yr (includes location‑based adjustments and eligibility for a discretionary bonus up to 7% through the Annual Incentive Plan).
Location & Work Style Remote – open to all U.S. locations except Hawaii and Alaska. Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the U.S.
