As a Client Relationship Manager at Cummings Properties in our Beverly office, no two days will be the same. You’ll connect with a diverse range of clients—from international corporations to local entrepreneurs—and develop long‑lasting relationships built on trust.
Our 2+ million square foot Cummings Center campus in Beverly gives you a dynamic environment where you will oversee the company’s relationships with diverse client businesses, work alongside key decision‑makers, and build long‑term leasing relationships in a very fast‑paced environment.
You will have the independence to manage your time and cross‑functional teamwork with design, construction, legal and property management.
Typical Day & Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue growth, renewal, and referral opportunities.
Meet with clients to learn their business goals, expansion or leasing needs and identify the best commercial real‑estate space.
Drive collaboration among internal departments (maintenance, design, construction, legal) to optimize clients’ experience.
Use expert knowledge of the company’s real‑estate offerings, policies, and procedures to solve problems and build credibility.
Address facility issues, manage maintenance and troubleshoot to ensure smooth operations.
Review lease history; draft and negotiate leases; deliver top‑notch service; facilitate tenant improvements; provide quality control for maintenance issues.
Qualifications
At least five years of success in a sales/account management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation experience in any industry.
Analytical, problem‑solving, listening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem‑solving mindset, especially for facility maintenance and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Drive, emotional intelligence, and persistence—along with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for client success.
