Associate Immigration Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in removal proceedings, write briefs and appeals and meet with and advise clients.

Qualifications:

* Previous Immigration Court experience required.
* Experience with Bia/5th circuit preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Previous appellate work preferred.
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in court or before government agencies
* Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
* Advise clients on legal transactions
* Comply with all legal standards and regulations
* Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
