Mortgage Loan Processor Hybrid Schedule Available

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Loan Processor who is a strong team player to work full-time, with hybrid flexibility available. This role partners closely with loan officers and internal team members to manage loan files from application through submission to underwriting, ensuring loans are accurately packaged and clients are mortgage-ready. Ideal for a collaborative, self‑motivated professional who takes pride in precision, communication, and helping clients achieve homeownership—without the need to source new leads.
Responsibilities
Maintain detailed and accurate loan documentation in the system from submission through closing
Ensure compliance with all lending, regulatory, and internal guidelines
Review loan files for accuracy and completeness prior to underwriting submission
Order and track third‑party documentation, including appraisals, inspections, title, surveys, contracts, and tax records
Respond promptly to internal and client inquiries regarding loan status
Communicate key milestones with all parties involved, including attorneys, real estate agents, loan officers, and clients
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and delivering timely updates
Qualifications
Solid understanding of mortgage loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non‑QM) and mortgage documentation
2+ years of loan processing experience preferred
Prior mortgage brokerage experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, time management, and follow‑up skills
Working knowledge of automated underwriting systems (DU, LP)
Bilingual (Chinese and/or Spanish) a plus
Compensation $55,000 per year
