About the Role
We’re seeking a
Lead Analyst
to join the Credit Card Analytics team, focusing on driving measurable business impact through strategy optimization, digital solutions, and customer insights. This role is highly cross‑functional, working with key stakeholders to shape servicing and retention strategies. What You’ll Do Lead analytics initiatives across reporting, strategy implementation, validation, and ad‑hoc analyses. Perform customer segmentation, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis, and modeling to guide decision‑making. Use
SQL, SAS, Python, and Excel
to design, test, and execute strategies. Develop digital solutions to improve customer servicing and retention. Track and measure the results of implemented strategies and provide clear insights to management. Present findings and recommendations to both business partners and executives. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (Graduate preferred) in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or related areas. Strong Excel/MS Office skills; SQL experience highly preferred. Proven problem‑solving ability in complex, data‑driven environments. Lending or consumer finance experience a plus.
