Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and specific claim processes
Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision
Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers
Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses for estimates
Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver's license
Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong commitment to providing a positive experience for insureds and claimants
