Participate in structured training covering insurance policies, claim processes, and systems Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses and create estimates Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to positive experiences Strong verbal and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
