About the Company We are a venture-backed, AI-native film and content studio rethinking how stories are created and scaled. We've raised $15m in funding and we partner with global brands, artists, and studios to produce premium campaigns, films, and creative experiences that combine cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI workflows.

The company operates across advertising, entertainment, and original IP, and is backed by top-tier global investors following a recent $12M funding round.

The Role We’re hiring a client-focused, high-agency

to grow and manage US advertising and brand‑led partnerships. This is a hybrid sales + execution role, owning opportunities from first conversation through pitch, proposal, close, and delivery handoff.

You’ll sit at the center of clients, creatives, and production, translating ambitious ideas into well‑scoped, commercially sound projects while helping define how GTM operates in an AI‑native studio environment.

What You’ll Do

Own inbound advertising and brand‑led opportunities from first brief through close

Act as the primary day‑to‑day client lead post‑intro, managing relationships through delivery

Translate creative ideas into clear proposals, scopes, timelines, and commercial terms \ Lead pitch decks and RFP responses in partnership with creative and production teams

Maintain pipeline visibility and support smooth cross‑functional execution

Represent the company within the US advertising and creative ecosystem

Who You Are

3–5+ years of experience in advertising, client management, partnerships, or account roles within an agency, production company, or media‑tech environment

B.S. or Masters degree from top tier university

Strong understanding of brand campaigns, agency workflows, and creative production

Polished, credible, and confident in client‑facing environments

Highly organized with a strong bias for action and ownership

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning work end‑to‑end

Curious about AI, new creative tools, and evolving storytelling models

Based in, or deeply familiar with, the Los Angeles or New York brand and agency ecosystem

Why Join This is an opportunity to help define how a next‑generation creative studio goes to market in the US. You’ll work closely with leadership, filmmakers, and brand partners, take real ownership early, and have an outsized impact on how the business scales.
