is seeking a
Commercial Loan Officer
to drive local business development and portfolio growth.
This is a relationship-first role—not a cold-calling numbers game. You'll work directly with business owners throughout
Springfield, Greene County, and the surrounding Ozarks communities , helping them access the financing they need to grow and succeed.
What You'll Do
Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of commercial loans
Identify new business opportunities through relationship-driven calling and community involvement
Analyze credit and financial statements to structure sound, competitive loan packages
Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance standards
Collaborate with credit analysts, loan assistants, and senior management to deliver top-tier service
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in commercial lending within a community or regional bank
Strong understanding of credit, financial analysis, and business lending structures
Existing relationships or strong market knowledge in the Springfield/Ozarks business community
Excellent communication, business development, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
