We are seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Case Manager

Serve as primary point of contact for clients from intake through resolution Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with providers, adjusters, and lien holders Review and maintain complete case documentation and records Provide regular client updates and document all activity in the case management system Assist with property damage, MedPay, wage loss, and governmental claims Calendar deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups Support pre-litigation negotiations under attorney guidance Requirements
Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager Strong customer service skills with empathy and professionalism Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail Solid understanding of insurance processes and medical treatment coordination Proficiency with Litify and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and collaboratively Seniority Level
