Sr. Associate - Credit - Direct Lending

Our client is a leading provider of private credit capital across the capital structure to top tier private equity sponsors. With over $30bn in AUM, they are looking to hire a Sr. Associate that will join their BDC team. The funds target companies with EBITDA ranging from $10-$150M+ across various securities (unitranche, junior debt, preferred equity, equity). The Sr. Associate responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, underwriting new investment opportunities, monitoring existing assets held in the registered funds, assisting with analytics and reporting deliverables to fund stakeholders and additional projects related to capital formation across the platform.

The Requirements:

Must have at least 2-3 years of private credit or direct lending experience.

Financial modeling experience

Outbound personality, driven, intellectually curious

Detail oriented, hard working.
