Western National Property Management . We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team and help residents find the best living experience at our communities. Responsibilities
Be the first face prospective residents encounter; demonstrate a polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor. Utilize selling and customer service skills to understand what motivates prospective residents, customize tours, and guide them to choose our community. Work in a high-energy environment and contribute to leasing activities that drive traffic and occupancy. Support management by promoting company programs, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table
Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing-type position preferred; not required to have prior leasing experience. Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences. Initiative, deal-closing capability, and comfort asking for the sale. Professional appearance and effective communication; proficient with computers and office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi Voyager experience is a plus; High School Diploma or GED required (college degree welcome). Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $22.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. $1,000.00 sign-on bonus (terms apply) with potential for additional bonus opportunities. Benefits available; in-house Training Academy and ongoing development opportunities. About the Role and Our Environment
