Leasing Consultant – Western National Property Management
Location: Lake Forest, CA (additional locations may be available).
About The Role As a Leasing Consultant you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. Your polished, engaging presence and energetic personality will set the tone as they explore our properties. You will tailor tours, identify resident motivations, and close sales, all while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective residents with a polished, energetic approach.
Conduct property tours, tailoring the experience to each prospective resident’s needs.
Close lease agreements, ensuring accurate paperwork and adherence to company policies.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Collaborate with the management team to drive traffic and achieve leasing targets.
Compensation & Benefits Pay: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
Sign‑on bonus: $1,000.00 (this position only).
Additional earnings: Potential for thousands in bonus.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in a sales or marketing role.
Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree a plus).
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Yardi Voyager (extra credit).
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Initiative, deal‑closing ability, and confidence in pursuing sales goals.
