Position Summary Catholic Charities is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented
Property Manager
to oversee day‑to‑day operations of properties governed by Rural Development (RD), HUD, and Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. The Property Manager ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining strong property performance.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment for residents.
Manage compliance with RD, HUD, LIHTC, and all applicable regulations.
Enforce policies in accordance with Minnesota Landlord/Tenant Law.
Conduct annual and interim recertifications, leasing activities, and eligibility determinations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Address resident concerns professionally and ensure timely conflict resolution.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to support building upkeep.
Monitor financial performance, rent collection, and budget adherence.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years working with MN Landlord/Tenant law, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to pass a Kari Koskinen background check; Valid driver’s license.
