Our next training class will begin on January 26th! About the Role: A Growth Opportunity from Day One
A Credentialing Specialist is an integral part of the Operations department, working directly with health care professionals throughout the country to obtain the proper information to credential them in the TLC system. The Credentialing Specialist performs tasks with a focus on growing our company’s talent pipeline.
A Credentialing Specialist has excellent customer service skills and a ‘yes’ mentality. They are a self‑starter who can work in a fast‑paced environment. They will work with all departments to learn end‑to‑end procedures of the company, while maintaining smooth daily operations to meet and exceed business goals.
A Credentialing Specialist will remain in this position until they have successfully credentialed 50 candidates. They will then have the option to stay in this role, or move to the Junior Recruiter role. They will be expected to maintain smooth daily operational activities of the company, maintaining their book of business and reporting to the Credentialing Manager daily.

While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, some weekend availability may be rarely required based on business needs.
What You’ll Do as a Credentialing Specialist:
Screen and qualify travel staff candidates
Manage the best interests of candidates with ethics and integrity
Develop strong, trust‑based relationships with candidates, while maintaining a ‘Yes’ mentality
Provide reliable support and excellent customer service to health care professionals
Be goal‑oriented and consistently meet quotas for communication, credentialed, etc.
Support other company functions as assigned
