Auto Body Technician / Mechanic
Responsibilities
Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer’s standards
De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material
Meet or exceed the Collision Center's requirement for productivity
Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
Serve as subject matter expert in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of previous automotive technician experience
CSI and Quality scores above regional average preferred
Proficient in all vehicle maintenance services
Team player, able to work repetitively on complex tasks
Minimum of eighteen years of age
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Pass pre-employment screening (background)
