Responsibilities

Identify new sales prospects within small and medium businesses (SMBs) using lead generation strategies.

Meet or exceed sales targets.

Follow up promptly and qualify marketing leads for services.

Research and target SMBs through prospecting lists.

Document all interactions in CRM software.

Effectively manage the prospect pipeline for optimal results.

Execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting specific verticals, events, or prospects in addition to primary lead generation efforts.

Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Conduct online research to identify key contacts within organizations.

Collaborate with sales and marketing team to align efforts.

Engage in phone and email prospecting to secure qualified appointments, using a conversational approach to uncover new business opportunities.

Occasionally conduct in-person cold calls on targeted businesses.

Requirements

Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in IT Managed Services or related field.

College degree preferred.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong prospecting, qualifying, and marketing skills.

Proficient in CRM, quoting systems, and Microsoft Office.
