Senior Financial Consultant (Business Development) Company:

Growing, independent fee-only RIA headquartered in Texas and Colorado

Compensation:

Target $150,000–$225,000+ (base/draw + production) with upside based on results

Lead growth through the Schwab Advisor Network and other referral channels as the tip of the spear for business development.

What you’ll do:

Tell the firm’s story, earn trust, and become the go‑to RIA for referrals

Meet with referred prospects, listen deeply, and convert them into long‑term clients

Partner closely with advisors, planning, and operations to ensure a world‑class onboarding experience

What you bring:

3–5+ years in wealth management, RIA, Schwab/Fidelity, or private client BD

Proven track record of originating and closing new relationships

Series 65/66 (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe)

Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable in a high‑expectation, high‑support environment

What’s on the table:

Target total comp in the $150K–$225K+ range (base/draw + revenue share)
