Compensation:
$130,000–$160,000 base

Senior Financial Advisor
on behalf of our client—a growing, independent
fee-only RIA
in Austin serving pre-retirees and retirees nationwide.

What you’ll do:
Manage and deepen relationships with pre-retiree/retiree households
Lead planning meetings, retirement income strategy, and investment guidance
Partner with BD and planning teams for new client onboarding
Deliver a high-quality client experience with strong follow-through
What you bring:
3–5+ years in wealth management or RIA advising
Strong planning background, especially in retirement and income
Warm communicator, great listener, and strong team player
$130K–$160K base + quarterly incentives
