What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the designated territory

Collaborate with team members to ensure customers have a seamless experience with the Oncology team

Communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for oncology products during customer engagements

Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop effective market strategies

Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience

Experience in the healthcare/scientific field with oncology experience strongly preferred

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle

Willingness to travel 10 - 15% of the time, including overnight travel

Reside in or near the district of operation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics

Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role

Familiarity with the operations of the extended care team and multidisciplinary approaches in oncology
