What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Columbus, OH territory
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and build trust with key stakeholders
Communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for oncology products during customer engagements
Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop strategic plans in collaboration with the local team
Ensure consistent customer experiences across various functional areas and share insights to support customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
Professional sales experience or relevant work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required, including overnight travel (10-15%)
Reside in or near the designated district
Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role
Experience with oncology field sales or clinical oncology
