Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and build business relationships Communicate effectively about oncology products during customer engagements Analyze trends in a complex buying environment to inform strategic planning Develop and execute short- and long-term plans in partnership with the local team and district manager What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel 10-15% Reside within a reasonable distance to the assigned district Professional experience in sales or the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred Strong performance history in a sales or marketing role How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
