What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and build strong business relationships

Communicate effectively about oncology products and their benefits to key stakeholders

Analyze market trends and purchasing patterns in the oncology sector

Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience

Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred

Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required (10-15% overnight travel)

Residence within a reasonable distance to the district

Strong understanding of oncology treatment options and market dynamics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2+ years of experience in oncology field sales or clinical oncology roles

Documented history of strong performance in sales/marketing or clinical oncology

Familiarity with oncology group purchasing organizations and specialty pharmacies
