What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Engage with customers to address needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Mobile/Montgomery, AL territory

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and build business relationships

Analyze market trends and customer buying behaviors to inform sales strategies

Foster communication and collaboration with the broader oncology customer team

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience

Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with strong preference for oncology-related experience

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%

Must reside within a reasonable distance of the district

Proven ability to drive results in a complex sales environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics

Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role

Experience with oncology field sales or clinical oncology
