Job Description Electrical BIM Designer - Up to $140k/yr + Bonus - Free Benefits Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing detailed electrical models and drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to support the design, coordination, and construction of electrical systems. The Electrical BIM Designer will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field personnel to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible designs.

Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 3D electrical models in Revit or Navisworks.

Produce construction and fabrication-level drawings, including plans, sections, and details.

Perform clash detection and coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, and other trade models.

Update models and drawings to reflect design changes, RFIs, and as-built conditions.

Collaborate with project engineers and field teams to ensure constructability and alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in electrical design and drafting, preferably in a BIM/VDC environment.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Navisworks; knowledge of Bluebeam or similar software is a plus.

Understanding of NEC, NFPA, and other electrical codes/standards.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
