Qualifications
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with strong knowledge of Fannie / Freddie, Conv, Gov, Non‑QM, and DU/LP programs.
Fluent in loan processing and mortgage industry terminology.
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and lead a team.
Self‑motivated “teach‑how‑to‑fish” mindset and a relentless work ethic.
Strong communication skills and a winning attitude.
