We are looking for a
Digital Content Marketing Specialist
who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support lead generation and sales objectives across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing principles, excellent bilingual communication skills, and hands‑on experience managing content across social, web, and email platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital content marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Create high-quality, engaging digital content to support awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Manage and maintain the digital content calendar across all channels (website, social media, email, and other digital platforms).
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Production) and external advertising agencies to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns.
Manage, and monitor content on social media platforms.
Analyze content performance using key metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, email performance, and conversions; provide insights and optimization recommendations.
Support lead generation initiatives by creating digital assets such as landing pages, emails, WhatsApp messaging, and related content.
Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to stay informed on monthly promotions, product launches, and events.
Provide on‑site and real‑time social media support during events, as required.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the automotive industry.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital content marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Hands‑on experience managing branded social media accounts and digital media campaigns.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager, Sproutsocial, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative content ideas.
