Digital Product Designer
Our client is seeking a senior-level Digital Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences for a new generation of connected consumer products. This role blends deep mobile app design expertise with the ability to translate complex hardware‑driven functionality into elegant, human‑centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning end‑to‑end design while partnering closely with engineering, research, and product teams in a fast‑moving environment.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of iOS and Android applications that integrate with connected devices and hardware‑enabled experiences.
Translate user research, technical requirements, and product strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and production‑ready designs.
Partner closely with engineering, QA, and product management to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and delivered with high quality.
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure visual consistency and usability across digital touchpoints.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience designing consumer‑facing mobile applications, ideally tied to hardware, wearables, or connected devices.
Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end product design from concept through launch in complex, cross‑functional environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design, connected experiences, and system‑level thinking.
Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or a related discipline.
Compensation Up to $61.33/hr. (DOE)
