Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Warranty Manager, located in the Greenville‑Spartanburg‑Anderson, South Carolina area. The Warranty Manager will oversee warranty claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Responsibilities include managing homeowner warranty requests, coordinating repairs with trade partners, inspecting completed work for quality, and maintaining accurate records of service activities. The Warranty Manager will serve as a liaison between homeowners and DRB Homes to ensure homeowner satisfaction and adherence to warranty standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in warranty claims management and resolution processes
Experience in construction practices, quality control, and home repair coordination
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to foster positive homeowner relationships
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to track, schedule, and oversee multiple service requests
Proficiency with computer systems and construction project management software is a plus
Ability to work effectively with a team and collaborate with trade professionals
Working knowledge of homebuilding processes, codes, and warranty standards is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or vocational training is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit job sites as needed
