About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business, Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the day-to‑day operations of our marketing business. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants broad exposure across business operations, sales activity, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams, gaining hands‑on experience while developing strong commercial, organisational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Support daily business operations and administrative tasks Assist the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and follow‑ups Help prepare sales and marketing materials, presentations, and proposals Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM systems Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams Assist with client onboarding and account support Support performance tracking and basic reporting Skills & Requirements
Strong interest in business, sales, and marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Willingness to learn and develop professionally Basic knowledge of marketing or sales is desirable but not essential No previous experience required, full training provided What We Offer
