Event Marketing & Sales Manager (In-Office)

Rosenblum Law – Clifton, NJ

Full-Time | In-Office | Evening Availability Required (Workshop Days) Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses

Rosenblum Law is expanding our Estate Planning Workshop Program, and we’re seeking an Event Marketing & Sales Manager to take ownership of our in-person workshops and support the full client journey—from event experience to sales conversions to Strategy Sessions. This role blends event coordination, marketing, and sales, and includes working closely with our attorneys during consultations.

What You’ll Do Event Management & On-Site Execution

Lead the full setup and breakdown of weekly estate planning workshops – Includes loading/unloading boxes, setting up signage, tables, projector/AV, printed materials, giveaways, and displays

Work each event from start to finish (typically one evening per week; schedule flexes around this)

Oversee check-in, attendee experience, and room flow

Coordinate food, supplies, and preparation with the admin team

Support financial planners and other professional partners who attend

Sales & Workshop Conversions

Engage with workshop attendees at the conclusion of each event

Drive sign-ups for paid Strategy Sessions

Achieve strong conversion metrics and earn performance-based bonuses

Assist with scheduling Strategy Sessions when needed

Support & Participation in Strategy Sessions

Participate in Strategy Sessions alongside our attorneys

Help facilitate the structure of the session, capture notes, collect key information, and ensure clients understand next steps

Contribute to a consistent, high-quality consultation experience

Work with attorneys to achieve 60%+ conversion rates from Strategy Sessions to full estate plan clients

Marketing, Content & Social Media

Capture video content at workshops—including testimonials, attendee clips, behind-the-scenes moments, and interviews

Film short-form content with attorneys for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

Coordinate with the marketing team to upload content, request edits, and support campaign needs

Promote workshops organically in local Facebook groups and community channels

Client & Lead Coordination

Help confirm workshop registrations

Provide a welcoming, smooth experience for all prospective clients

Communicate with internal teams to ensure clean handoffs between departments

Spanish is a plus

About You You're a great fit if you:

Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Are comfortable with light manual labor (moving boxes, AV setup, carrying supplies)

Enjoy speaking with people and naturally excel in warm sales conversations

Are confident guiding people toward the next step in their process

Communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively

Are tech-savvy and comfortable filming/producing short video content

Work well independently and collaboratively

Can work one evening per week, with adjusted daytime hours

Experience in events, sales, marketing, or hospitality is helpful but not required; we value communication skills, personality, and consistency above all else.

Schedule & Flexibility

Fully in-office role at our Clifton, NJ office. Workshops occur one evening per week; your hours will be adjusted accordingly

Standard working hours apply on non-workshop days
