Marketing Copywriter
Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, is looking for a Marketing Copywriter to support Lifecycle Marketing efforts. This is a remote position with occasional on-site meetings in Tempe, AZ.
Duties / Responsibilities
Write and edit engaging, concise, member‑centric copy for emails, newsletters, blogs, phone scripts, SMS, video scripts, etc.
Understand audience needs and balance that perspective with business objectives.
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing team members to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting SLAs and compliance approvals.
Ensure alignment on strategy, data insights, brand voice, and goals.
Interpret complex briefs and produce accurate outputs.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Lifecycle copywriting or similar digital writing that requires driving measurable engagement.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Asana and AI to make workflow more efficient where possible.
Ability to work independently and exercise initiative in getting information needed to move projects forward.
Demonstrated ability to receive constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve.
Experience successfully collaborating cross‑functionally with large teams.
Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
A portfolio of writing samples.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
