We're bringing on a new group of Analysts to help power the foundation of our work and elevate the impact we deliver to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support team members in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns, including scheduling meetings, managing task lists and deadlines (e.g., Asana), drafting work orders, and communicating directly with clients (requesting content, reporting on results, etc.).

Observe and participate in client meetings.

Manage a wide variety of digital platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, Streaming Audio, Programmatic).

Draft campaign strategy, build digital infrastructure (acquisitions, tags, etc.), and draft and publish client content.

Pace and optimize campaigns, analyzing and reporting results with actionable insights and next steps.

Contribute to the business at-large by serving as a platform specialist, assisting or joining an internal task‑force or committee, and developing and maintaining relationships with team members and clients.

Stay up to date on the digital landscape by listening to Capacity podcasts, viewing livestreams, and reading company-published blogs, posts, case studies, and research.

Qualifications This is an entry‑level role, so we’ll teach you everything you need to know. We’re most excited about candidates who bring the readiness to learn and the qualities that make great collaborators, such as:

Demonstrated interest in the organizations we serve (this can look like many things; there is no one‑size‑fits‑all interest).

Organizational and time‑management skills.

Strong and proactive written and verbal communication.

Demonstrated judgement in knowing when to seek guidance and when to independently problem‑solve.

Openness to learning new things, particularly technical skills.

The ability to work independently from home.

Ability to collaborate with your team remotely.

Compensation The compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $54,000.

Additional Requirements We are a fully remote company with no physical office. This job requires a significant amount of time on‑camera for internal and external video calls.
