This role will partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on email and SMS communications, app and push, affiliate, loyalty programming, paid digital advertising, site content and copywriting. He/She/They will help build a creative, integrated, multi‑channel program that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and builds the brand's name across digital platforms and customer touchpoints. This role will report to the VP of Ecommerce & Marketing and partner with other key stakeholders in the organization.

Responsibilities

Support Digital Marketing Manager in the rollout of all digital assets across web and marketing channels.

Assist with strategy and execution across email and SMS programs with the goal of increasing customer engagement and lifetime value.

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager on creation of paid media concepts and content.

Work with internal teams and external partners to brief and review assets for all digital marketing initiatives.

Support the loyalty program, continually thinking of new ways to engage our customers and make the tool a key part of our experience.

Assist with reporting and analysis of site and marketing channel performance.

Set up campaigns in various systems, ensuring creative and content is loaded correctly.

Assist in copywriting for email, SMS, and push notifications.

Stay on top of trends, push the business to test new tools and technologies.

Support the build out of digital experiences on the site from homepage assets to landing pages.

Collaborate with 3rd‑party agencies ensuring their deadlines are met and content is passed off properly.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak with all levels within the business.

Self‑starter, ability to lead and manage projects independently.

Knowledge and interest in fashion and apparel.

Strong organizational skills.

Comfort and adaptability to work individually, as well as in team settings.

Comfort with working in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong pulse on the industry, trends, new and upcoming technologies.

Positive, curious attitude.
