About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and passionate
Social Media Specialist
to join our Social Team. You’ll help manage and grow the social presence across platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook. The ideal candidate knows how to craft bold, engaging content, leverage emerging trends, and optimize for audience engagement while supporting the mission to democratize finance for all.
Responsibilities
Create, optimize, and schedule social content across channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth.
Maintain and moderate social media presence, including comments, mentions, and community interactions.
Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality static and video content.
Manage the social content calendar, aligning content with cultural moments, trends, and relevant events in finance.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance; provide actionable insights to improve strategy.
Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience as a social media specialist, social media manager, or similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills; ability to create bold and creative content across platforms.
Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Sprinklr, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout Social).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of finance, fintech, or tech industries is a plus.
