Overview This Business Litigation Paralegal position features:
Great Pay up to $85K
We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced litigation practice.
This is a 100% in-office role with flexibility in daily start and end times, while maintaining consistent physical presence. Candidates must have Florida business litigation experience.
Responsibilities
Manage documents and oversee all aspects of discovery
Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
Provide trial and hearing support, including attendance
Coordinate and manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper party identification in all filings
Handle time-sensitive and rush requests with precision
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of business litigation paralegal experience
Florida litigation experience is required
Paralegal certificate preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Core working hours are generally 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Flexibility in arrival and departure times is offered
Overtime may be required as business needs dictated
