Graphic Designer Production Environment

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in a dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in design, combined with hands‑on experience with production equipment and processes. This role involves both creative and technical contributions to ensure the highest quality output for clients. Responsibilities
Design a wide range of signage, business cards, stationery, apparel, and promotional products
Generate accurate and timely artwork proofs
File generation and preparation
Operate digital printers and vinyl plotters
Apply vinyl graphics on various substrates
Perform a vehicle graphics application
Set up and oversight of CNC Router
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, preferred but not required
Experience with large‑format printing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Rip Software
Strong understanding of typography, color management, and production design
Hands‑on experience with digital design and illustration
Ability to communicate and market ideas effectively through visual designs
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation $20 - $27 hourly
