Graphic Designer & Production Specialist - Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM We are looking for a Graphic Designer who possesses maturity, passion, and energy to collaborate with others on the team. The role combines creative design with production responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities As a Graphic Designer, create computer-generated full-color graphics and output vinyl that can be weeded, cut, and applied, or printed and mounted to various products from cars to substrates to buildings. Interact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product. As a Production Specialist, learn to weed and apply vinyl on substrates, windows, and vehicles; work with printers, plotters, UV printers, and routers. Qualifications Creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to design with attention to brand standards, craftsmanship, and excellence. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (self-assessment acceptable). Experience designing signs or producing vinyl/sign materials is a plus. Describe any formal graphic design training from college (preferred). Familiarity with basic tools and hands-on production processes used in sign making and graphics. Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as printers, plotters, UV printers, and routers. High school degree or equivalent preferred. Monday through Friday availability.
